Cynthia Campbell’s A Multitude of Blessings: A Christian Approach to Religious Diversity (2007) is a small paperback (less than 100 pps). Campbell is President of McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago. She is a lifetime Presbyterian and looks hard at the issues of theology that sometimes are avoided by Christians who want to be tolerant.
